Kim C. Hanson

With over 20 years of experience in the search industry, Kim has a wealth of knowledge in Financial Services & Life Sciences. Kim started his career as a Wall Street Broker and then worked for Response Staffing, one of the largest contingency staffing companies in New York City. He then moved into retain search where he worked at Sullivan & Company and Pendleton James, where he specialized in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Diversified Financial Services, and Technology / Operations covering C-level suite.

Kim's experience also includes working in-house at Amaranth Advisors LLC, a $2b hedge fund where he was responsible for establishing the entire back-office operations. This started his HR career where his next assignments landed him at various investment / asset management firms. He has worked at JP Morgan Investment Bank, Bank of America, Columbia Management Group, and Countrywide Capital Markets Group, where he developed the first-ever Talent Acquisition department covering all the worldwide subsidiaries.

Kim then moved to the life sciences industry where he developed the Talent Acquisition group at Grifols. He oversaw an unprecedented growth in the 11 years where Grifols went from 5,000 employees to over 16,000 (11,000 in North America). He was responsible for the entire TA function for NA for the Commercial, Manufacturing & Plasma donation centers. He eventually left as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Biomat USA, a Grifols Company where he oversaw the hiring of over 5,000 employees and 300 plus donation centers on an annual basis.

After a brief stint in the Bay area for various biotech companies, Kim decided to relocate back to Los Angeles and invest in Bryce Poynt Consulting Services LLC. With his extensive experience and expertise, Kim is sure to make a valuable contribution to the company.

After spending a decade consulting with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 HR Leaders and Executives, Ryan knows what truly drives the Human Resources engine behind the scenes. With multiple President and Gold Club invitations at industry leading organizations, Ryan’s success has been brought on by his passionate approach to delivering solutions to Organization’s in need of efficient software solutions. His process remains consistent; listen, develop a plan, and execute a strategy, with his focus always being “Customer First”. His consultative approach has helped him build lasting relationships within the industry. He brings to HR Acuity, not only his experience and knowledge, but his passion to help organizations build better workplaces and environments for their employees.

Allison Creekmore

Allison is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in the search industry and has held agency, in-house, and consulting roles. She discovered her passion for connecting great talent with exciting when she was serving as an office manager for a staffing agency directly out of undergrad.  She also discovered a knack and passion for best practices and process streamlining.

Upon relocating to Los Angeles, Allison accepted a consulting role in the life sciences industry with Grifols, Inc. to implement and manage a pre-employment program both for corporate entities as well as for over 50 remote locations nationally.  Upon successful roll out of the program, she accepted a full-time role at Grifols as a Pre-Employment manager, and also joined the recruitment team. She successfully sourced for roles at various levels of the organization and negotiated and managed various vendors, resulting in substantial savings to the organization.

Following her time at Grifols, Allison accepted a role as the Executive Director of a small nonprofit animal rescue based out of LA and San Diego, where she quickly recruited, trained and developed a team of dedicated animal professionals.  Through over a decade, she was able to grow the rescue into a thriving organization, resulting in the placement of over 7,000 animals and the implementation of many community-based initiatives such as education, spay/neuter clinics, and homeless outreach.  Her experience as a recruiter was instrumental to her success, as the skills she gained enabled her to successful develop relationships with a large network of adopters, fosters, donors and volunteers and to appropriately screen and make the best possible placements.

After many years serving as an ED in the nonprofit space, Allison decided to step back and serve on various boards and resume a talent acquisition / human resource business partner career in the biotech industry. She joined Bryce Poynt Consulting Services LLC in 2021, reuniting with her former manager at Grifols working on start-up biotech clients.  Allison is a graduate of the University of San Diego.

Gerald has over 7 years of RPO experience where he has held various positions managing global sourcing teams in various countries in support of variety of Fortune 500 companies. Currently he is managing the Bryce Poynt Research Team covering the biotech & financial services clients.

His team implements tactical sourcing strategies that have been proven effective using the latest innovative recruitment technology to bring top passive talent to the clients at a cost effective means.
